Transcript Requests

High school transcripts are available for any student who attended Frederick Christian Academy in grades 9 through 12 and may be requested by completing the form below. Official transcripts must be mailed directly to the requesting college or institution. Most transcript requests are handled in less than a week except during regular school holidays.
